As a committee member in the Chef Association of Malaysia’s, the incomparable Chef Azizan Shukri brings a flair and passion for cooking that has seen him ranked in the top 500 chefs in the world.

During his culinary journey, Chef Azizan won several award such as Gold Award – Most Creative Menu of The Festival 2016, Gold Award Most Outstanding Starter & Appetizer Award 2016, Gold Award – Most Outstanding Palate Cleaner 2016, Gold Award – Most Outstanding Soup 2016 and Gold Award – Most Outstanding Main Course Meat & Poultry 2016.

The presentation of his dishes are true art form, with an aesthetic wow factor being matched only by the explosive flavours within every course on the menu.

Mohd Shahrul Nizam
Group Executive Chef

It’s difficult to escape from being a chef when your family members are mostly chefs themselves. Chef Shahrul has been in the culinary field for over 17 years and has experience managing as Head Chef and Executive Chef in many branded hotels and restaurants and was also formerly a personal chef to Selangor Royal Family.

Along his career path, Chef Shahrul has been selected twice to represent Malaysia in the prestigious International Culinary Competition and he bagged a few culinary competition medals – 6 Golds, 7 Silvers and 9 Bronzes in various culinary competitions he participated.

 

He also has been awarded – Most Creative Food Presentation and Most Outstanding Main Course. A well-versed chef, he now helms as the 2nd man in command at Malakat Mall Culinary brigade.

As he used to be an apprentice to 3 Michelin Stars Chef, he will bring the same affable charisma and determination to the Casa De Madani kitchen team as he steps in the kitchen.

Encik Fazli have been working in this area since 2000 which is about 20 years ago. Starting from the small step working at a resort, En Fazli is now appointed as the Manager at the prestigious restaurant Casa De Madani.
